ourselves and our Posterity, do
ordain and establish this
Constitution for the United
States of America.

The
U.S. Constitution is at the core of our nation’s
order and is the heart of our freedoms. This
remarkable document is the platform upon which
American exceptionalism rests. Our Founding Fathers
designed it to endure the passage of time, deter
anarchy, and ensure a decent, civil, and orderly
citizenry would flourish for generations. It was
created on Sept 17, 1787, ratified on June 21, 1788,
and became effective on March 4, 1789.
The Constitution provides the arrangement of powers
in the three branches of government – judiciary,
legislative, and executive. These three branches
